Registration is now open!

Registration will include admission to all Scientific Sessions, Poster Sessions, Exhibition, Conference Materials, Tea, Coffee and Lunch.

Registration Fees are in Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax at the prevailing rate. Please note that all members will be requested to supply their National Branch at the time of booking.

Reduced Student Registration Rate for WVPA Congress 2017
The Organizing Committee of the World Veterinary Poultry Congress 2017 in Edinburgh are pleased to announce a reduced registration rate for students. The registration fee has been reduced from £210 per student to £​60 per student. This decision has been made to assist students from around the world in attending this important congress.

Existing registrants will be contacted via the Conference Organisers and a rebate will be arranged. The organising committee can confirm that there will be up to 100 places available on a first come first served basis at this reduced registration rate for students.

Confirmation of eligibility as a student is already in place within the registration system and will still be required. 

These details will also be circulated to all WVPA Branches in order that they can contact Universities in their own country or territory.

Individual Registration Terms & Conditions

Early registrations will be accepted until Monday 24 April 2017, midnight CET.

  • Should your registration remain unpaid at this deadline: Early registrations will be upgraded to the late fee.

As of Tuesday 25 April 2017, late registration fees apply for every new registration.  

Payment Conditions

All payments are to be made in GBP (£) upon receipt of the invoice.  Only payments by credit card will be accepted.  

Full payment of all items is requested when registering.  No confirmation or invitation letter will be sent until MCI Suisse SA has received the payment.  

Registration Modification & Cancellation Conditions  

All cancellations are to be sent to MCI Suisse SA in writing (fax or email).  For cancellations received before Tuesday 1 August 2017 deposits will be refunded less GBP 50.- for administrative costs.  After this date, no refunds will be possible.

A handling fee of GBP 30.- per registration will be charged for every registration modification received after Tuesday 1 August 2017.

For a badge name change, written permission from the original participant will be required, along with full contact details of the substitution.  If a badge is lost or forgotten, an administrative fee of GBP 80.- will be charged for the reprint of the badge after identity verification (passport, driving license or other recognised identification document).

Cancellation of Registration

Cancellations received before Tuesday 1 August 2017, Midnight CET: GBP 50.- per participant.  Cancellations received after Tuesday 1 August 2017: No payments will be refunded.

Cancellation of Networking Programme

Cancellations received before Wednesday 26 July 2017, Midnight CET: deposits will be refunded. Cancellations received after Wednesday 26 July 2017: No payments will be refunded. 

Refund

Refunds will be made after the congress according to your pre-payment method.  No Refund will be given for cancellation received after Tuesday 1 August 2017 (midnight CET).
